Release of Ensight v2.3 expands commercial platform capabilities to
12 applications and includes Sectra integration
Upgraded SaaS-based Ensight v2.3 released, expanding Ensight from 8 to 12 commercial
applications, broadening the platform across migration, operational analytics and clinical
workflow use cases (see table below)
Expanded applications are available to existing Ensight customers as additional subscriptions,
creating an opportunity to deliver additional value across the installed base and grow annualised
recurring revenue (‘ARR’)
Integrated Migration & Archive Standardisation enables Ensight to be deployed as imaging
archives are moved, creating a direct pathway from Enlitic's established migration engagements
into recurring software use cases
Introduction of the Ensight integration into Sectra software systems, the second major OEM
environment alongside Intelerad where Ensight can be integrated
Sectra is a leading global player in the enterprise medical imaging market, managing over 170 million
annual imaging exams and serving health systems across more than 2,500 sites worldwide
A third major OEM integration is included in the release, subject to customer validation testing,
which is currently completing final validation, with details expected before the end of 2026

6 October 2026: Enlitic, Inc. (ASX: ENL) (“Enlitic” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the
release of Ensight v2.3, the latest version of its AI-driven SaaS-based medical imaging data
standardisation and governance platform. The release adds four new commercial capabilities and
introduces integration with Sectra software systems, a leading provider to health systems worldwide,
expanding both what Enlitic can sell to each customer and the imaging environments it can sell into.
Enlitic’s growth strategy is built on a land and expand model. Near-term migration projects win the
customer and generate near-term revenue. Ensight is then embedded within the customer’s
environment, providing the opportunity for a recurring subscription, with further capabilities and
applications able to be added over time.
Ensight v2.3 strengthens both sides of that commercial model. The new migration and archive
standardisation integration API allows Ensight to be deployed from the start of a migration project,
creating a more direct pathway from project-based migration work into potential recurring revenue.
The additional workflow and analytics capability gives each Ensight customer more to adopt on the
same standardised data layer, without new infrastructure.
The integration with Sectra PACS greatly expands the addressable market for Ensight by enabling
healthcare organisations operating Sectra’s enterprise imaging environment to access Enlitic’s AI-
driven standardisation for data management, and migration capabilities without replacing their
existing core imaging infrastructure.

Sectra is a leading global provider of medical imaging and enterprise healthcare IT solutions, with its
systems managing more than 170 million imaging examinations annually, giving Enlitic access to a
broad and established customer base across health systems worldwide.
With Ensight now interoperable with both Sectra PACS and Intelerad, Enlitic can deploy a repeatable
integration framework across two major medical imaging OEM ecosystems, reducing implementation
friction and supporting faster, more scalable adoption of Ensight by healthcare providers worldwide.
This expanded interoperability strengthens Enlitic’s ability to reach healthcare organisations through
the imaging platforms they already use, accelerating Ensight’s market penetration while supporting a
more efficient and scalable go-to-market model.
The table shows the expansion of Ensight’s commercial capability applications and OEM integrations
since its launch.

Ensight v2.3 Additional Applications
Productivity & Operational Analytics gives customers visibility of standardisation throughput and
results, laying the foundation for broader data quality measurement and operational analysis and
creating an additional analytics use case within the same Ensight deployment.

Mass Archive Standardisation applies Ensight standardisation across a customer’s historical imaging
archive at scale. The University of Michigan Health-Sparrow project announced on 28 September 2026
incorporates Ensight standardisation across the historical imaging archive, with ~10.6 million radiology
and cardiology imaging studies in scope.
Integrated Migration & Archive Standardisation standardises imaging data as it is migrated to a new
environment, so customers establish a consistent data foundation as part of the migration rather than
carrying existing inconsistencies into a new system. This allows Ensight to be introduced as part of the
migration engagement itself rather than relying on a separate post-migration deployment.
Standardised data for Automated Case Allocation uses the standardised imaging data to allow
automatic directing of each study to the most appropriate radiologist, extending Ensight data
standardisation to support day-to-day operational workflow automation.
The v2.3 release also includes a new Export API that makes standardised study and series data available
for reporting, analysis and ingestion into other systems, improved AI models for X-ray and de-
identification and faster incremental processing with transferable configuration profiles that simplify
deployment and upgrades.
The new version of Ensight will enable integration with customers of a 3rd
OEM subject to customer
validation testing.Ensight v2.3 also includes a third major OEM integration, beyond Intelerad and
Sectra, subject to customer validation testing. The Company expects to announce details of successful
validation before the end of 2026. Integrations with imaging platforms that hospitals already own
create additional deployment pathways, reduce implementation complexity and shorten the time
from contract to revenue.
Looking ahead, five further commercial applications are planned for 2027, expected to extend Ensight
into support for RadLex and SNOMED CT code output, procedure code inferencing, billing and coding
optimisation, and research data management and bulk de-identification. These target revenue cycle
and research use cases where standardised imaging data is a prerequisite.
Enlitic CEO Michael Sistenich said: “Ensight v2.3 expands both what we can sell and where we can
deploy it. Moving from 8 to 12 commercial applications means customers can apply the same governed
data foundation to more workflows, while the new migration and OEM capabilities give us additional
points of entry into large health systems.
With Ensight now able to be integrated across customer sites that operate Intelerad and Sectra
software systems, we now have a much larger foundation from which to grow ARR from Ensight
integrations. It is consistent with our robust commercial model: land through migrations and OEM
channels, then expand the relationship through additional recurring software use cases over time. We
expect to report a successful validation of a third OEM integration before the end of 2026, multiple
Ensight go lives and additional high value migration contracts. Enlitic has excellent commercial
momentum across multiple markets.”
