Quarterly Activity Report & Appendix 4C
Q3 FY26
Highlights
• Ensight commercial traction: Annualised recurring revenue (“ARR”) of
~US$760k at 30 September 2026, with Ensight live or contracted in the US, New
Zealand and Australia, with a further ~US$360k waiting to go-live.
• RIA Go-Live: Ensight went live at Radiology Imaging Associates, a Colorado
based physician owned radiology group further validating Enlitic's Intelerad
integration in a live production environment.
• RCI Go-Live: Within a month of the RIA go-live, there was a second US Intelerad
deployment at Radiology Consultants of Iowa.
• University of Michigan Migration: US$806k migration project with University of
Michigan Health – Sparrow for approximately ~10.6 million studies incorporating
Ensight standardisation. The project is expected to be completed within 12
months.
• Ensight v2.3 (post quarter-end): Released Ensight v2.3, expanding the platform
from 8 to 12 commercial applications and adding Sectra as a second major OEM
integration alongside Intelerad.
• Contract execution and pipeline: 10 new client agreements signed, with total
contract value of ~US$1.0m / ~A$1.4m1
. While contract values can vary quarter to
quarter due to the timing and size of individual agreements, the underlying
trajectory remains positive, supported by increasing Ensight deployments, go-
lives and new customer wins.
• Placement: Finalisation of a ~A$15m placement and, per the Company's current
expectations, funds raised from the placement should be sufficient to fund
operations through to cashflow break-even.
• SPP: Completion of its non-underwritten Security Purchase Plan raising ~A$739k.
• Convertible note conversion: Noteholders converted existing convertible notes
into CDIs to simplify the capital structure and move to a debt-free balance sheet.
1
US$1.0m converted based on a USD:AUD exchange rate of 0.7061, being the average exchange rate for Q3
FY26. The average USD:AUD exchange rate for Q2 FY26 was 0.7098.

Company’s issued capital on a ten (10) to one (1) basis.
A medical technology software company leveraging artificial intelligence to improve the
management and utility of medical imaging data, Enlitic, Inc. (ASX: ENL) (“Enlitic” or “the
Company”), is pleased to provide this Quarterly Activity Report and Appendix 4C for the
quarter ended 30 September 2026 (“Q3 FY26”).
Please view the announcement here on our website: https://enlitic.com/link/Pb6W8P
Michael Sistenich, CEO of Enlitic, said:
“During the quarter, we continued to advance the commercial deployment of our Ensight
platform. The successful go-lives at Radiology Imaging Associates and Radiology
Consultants of Iowa mark further progress in our Intelerad partnership, demonstrating our
ability to deploy Ensight across multiple customers in live production environments.
Our US$806,000 migration contract with University of Michigan Health – Sparrow,
incorporating Ensight standardisation across approximately 10.6 million studies,
reinforces the strength of our integrated migration and data standardisation offering.
Importantly, it demonstrates how we can leverage our migration capabilities to introduce
customers to the broader Ensight platform.
Ensight annualised recurring revenue reached US$760,000 at quarter end, with a further
~US$360k in process. Post quarter-end, the release of Ensight v2.3 took the platform from
8 to 12 commercial applications and added Sectra integration, giving us more to sell to
each customer and access to more imaging environments. With Ensight live or contracted
in the US, New Zealand and Australia, and our technology meeting applicable regulatory
requirements across key markets, Enlitic has established a commercial and regulatory
foundation from which to scale.
We continue to strengthen our OEM partnerships and direct customer relationships,
creating opportunities for larger enterprise contracts and recurring software revenue.
Contract values will remain lumpy at our stage given the timing and mix of larger enterprise
migration projects. Importantly, the underlying cadence of Ensight deployments is
increasing. We have now demonstrated repeatable deployments through Intelerad, added
Sectra as a second major OEM environment and have Ensight ARR of US$760,000. Each

3
deployment expands our annualised recurring revenue base while creating opportunities
to introduce additional Ensight applications over time.
Financially, we completed our A$15 million capital raising and A$739,000 Security
Purchase Plan, alongside the conversion of our convertible notes, strengthening our
balance sheet and eliminating our debt. We also maintained quarterly operating
expenditure at ~US$3 million, demonstrating the sustained impact of the cost reductions
implemented over the past year. While net operating cash outflow was higher this quarter
due to the timing of receipts, cash burn continues to trend down, with year-to-date
outflow ~25% lower than the same period last year.
With our strengthened balance sheet, established OEM partnerships and growing number
of live Ensight deployments, we have the financial and operational foundations to
accelerate our commercial strategy. We enter the final quarter with a solid base of
contracted revenue extending through the remainder of FY26 and into FY27, providing
revenue visibility as we execute contracted migration projects and recurring Ensight
subscriptions. Our priorities are to secure larger enterprise contracts, accelerate Ensight
adoption and deliver our contracted migration projects, converting our operational
capabilities into sustainable revenue growth.”
Operational highlights
Expanding Ensight deployments
Enlitic expanded its Ensight production footprint during Q3 FY26, completing two
additional customer go-lives through Intelerad.
Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA), a Colorado-based, physician-owned radiology group,
successfully deployed Ensight into its production environment. Another successful US
deployment through the Intelerad channel with Radiology Consultants of Iowa (RCI)
followed within a month.
These deployments build on the earlier go-live at RHCNZ Medical Imaging Group in New
Zealand. Three Ensight go-lives have now been completed through the Intelerad
integration since May 2026, including two US deployments within a month during Q3. This
demonstrates Enlitic's ability to repeat the deployment model across customers and
markets, with deployment frequency increasing as the integration is rolled out.
Enlitic continues to leverage its OEM partnerships to expand customer access, accelerate
deployment and grow its recurring software subscription base.

4
Integrating Ensight into migration services
Enlitic secured a US$806,000 migration contract with University of Michigan Health –
Sparrow, combining Laitek's migration capabilities with Ensight data standardisation
across ~10.6 million imaging studies.
This approach reinforces Enlitic's strategy of using its migration business to introduce
customers to the broader Ensight platform, creating opportunities for additional software
adoption and recurring revenue.
Ensight v2.3 and recurring revenue
Ensight annualised recurring revenue (ARR) was ~US$760k at 30 September 2026, with a
further ~US$360k waiting to go live.
Post quarter-end, on 6 October 2026, Enlitic released Ensight v2.3, expanding the
platform from 8 to 12 commercial applications. The four new applications are
Productivity & Operational Analytics, Mass Archive Standardisation, Integrated Migration
& Archive Standardisation and Standardised data for Automated Case Allocation.
The release materially expands both what Enlitic can sell to each customer and where
Ensight can be deployed. The four new applications are available to existing Ensight
customers as additional subscriptions, increasing the potential recurring revenue from
each customer on the same standardised data layer. Integrated Migration & Archive
Standardisation allows Ensight to be embedded from the outset of a migration project,
creating a direct pathway from project-based migration revenue to recurring software
subscriptions. Sectra integration, being applied at University of Michigan Health-Sparrow,
opens a second major OEM environment alongside Intelerad, with Sectra systems
managing more than 170 million imaging examinations annually.
A third major OEM integration is included in the release, subject to customer validation
testing, which is currently completing final validation, with details expected before the
end of 2026
Enlitic's technology meets applicable regulatory requirements across the US, UK, EU, New
Zealand and Australia, and Ensight is now live or contracted with customers in the US,
New Zealand and Australia. Together, this provides Enlitic with an established
commercial and regulatory foundation from which to scale Ensight across multiple
markets.
Commercial Performance
Enlitic advanced its OEM and direct sales activities during Q3 FY26, targeting larger
enterprise migrations and broader Ensight adoption.
Enlitic, Inc.
ARBN 672 254 027
5
The Company signed 10 new customer agreements during the quarter (Q2 FY26: 17),
generating total contract value (TCV) of ~US$1.0m (A$1.4m), broadly consistent with Q2
FY26 (US$1.0m / A$1.4m).
The University of Michigan Health – Sparrow agreement accounted for the majority of new
contract value during the quarter. Contract values remain lumpy from quarter to quarter
given the timing and mix of larger enterprise migrations and smaller engagements. Enlitic
continues to pursue larger enterprise opportunities through its established customer
relationships and OEM channels, while the increasing cadence of Ensight deployments is
expanding its recurring software revenue base.
On a rolling 12-month basis, signed TCV totalled ~US$8.34m, compared with US$9.39m at
the end of Q2 FY26. The decline reflects the lower value of contracts signed over the past
two quarters.
Enlitic is leveraging its OEM integrations and expanding customer base to pursue larger
enterprise migration contracts, introduce Ensight into existing customer environments
and grow recurring software revenue.
Financial Performance & Cash Flow Summary
Financial Performance
Enlitic recorded unaudited revenue of ~US$0.9m during Q3 FY26, broadly consistent with
Q2 FY26 (US$0.9m). Revenue recognition continues to reflect the timing of delivery
milestones across the Company's migration projects and software subscriptions.

Continued cost discipline and efficiency
Enlitic maintained its disciplined cost structure during Q3 FY26, with total operating
expenditure of ~US$3.0m, consistent with Q2 FY26 (US$3.0m).
The Company continues to realise the benefits of its cost reduction initiatives, maintaining
quarterly expenditure ~36% below Q1 FY25 levels while supporting ongoing customer
deployments, product development and commercial activities.
Enlitic will maintain this cost discipline as it scales its migration business and Ensight
subscriptions.
Operating Cash Flow
Cash receipts totalled US$0.6m during Q3 FY26, compared with US$2.3m in Q2 FY26. The
reduction reflects the timing of customer collections, following significant receipts from
contracts signed in prior periods during Q2.
With operating expenditure remaining stable, the lower cash receipts drove a net
operating cash outflow of US$2.5m for Q3 FY26, compared with US$0.7m in Q2 FY26.
Over a longer period, cash burn continues to trend down. Average quarterly net operating
cash outflow across Q2 and Q3 FY26 was ~US$1.6m, compared with ~US$3.1m across Q4
FY25 and Q1 FY26. Year-to-date net operating cash outflow of ~US$6.1m is ~25% lower
than the same period in FY25 (~US$8.1m).

execution and project delivery.
Capital structure & funding
During Q3 FY26, Enlitic completed its A$15 million placement, raising additional capital to
support its commercial growth strategy and ongoing operations.
The Company also completed its non-underwritten Security Purchase Plan (SPP), raising
~A$739,000, and converted its outstanding convertible notes into CDIs. Together, these
transactions significantly strengthened Enlitic's balance sheet, eliminated its convertible
note debt and provided additional financial flexibility to execute its strategy.
Enlitic also completed the consolidation of its issued capital on a 10-for-1 basis during the
quarter.
Enlitic will leverage its strengthened balance sheet and reduced cost base to pursue larger
enterprise contracts and expand Ensight adoption.
Financial Outlook
Enlitic enters Q4 FY26 with a strengthened balance sheet, a disciplined cost structure and
an expanding base of live Ensight deployments.
The Company enters Q4 FY26 with a solid base of contracted revenue extending through
the remainder of FY26 and into FY27, providing revenue visibility from contracted
migration projects, major enterprise programs and recurring Ensight subscriptions. This
includes the University of Michigan Health-Sparrow project alongside Enlitic's broader
portfolio of contracted customer programs. Revenue recognition will continue to reflect
individual project delivery milestones and customer schedules.
The Company will continue to drive commercial growth through its OEM partnerships and
direct sales channels, targeting larger enterprise migration contracts and accelerating the
adoption of Ensight across new and existing customers.
