Enlitic, Inc. (ASX: ENL) (“Enlitic” or the “Company”) is pleased to confirm it has secured a US$806,000
(A$1.15 million1
) total contract value with University of Michigan Health-Sparrow for the migration of
approximately 10.6 million radiology and cardiology imaging studies. The project is expected to be
completed within 12 months. The contract marks Enlitic’s sixth imaging data migration project with
University of Michigan Health, extending its established relationship with the health system to UM
Health-Sparrow. Importantly, the project incorporates Ensight standardisation across the historical
imaging archive, embedding Enlitic’s technology within a large-scale healthcare data migration.
The project also marks Enlitic’s first active integration with a Sectra customer. The integration
enables the results of Ensight’s standardisation and associated reporting to be incorporated into the
University’s Sectra-based imaging environment, marking the first customer application of Ensight
alongside one of the world’s leading enterprise imaging platforms.

The engagement is another significant example of a leading US healthcare provider using Ensight to
standardise imaging data as part of a major migration. The combination of Enlitic’s established
migration expertise and Ensight creates a natural pathway to introduce Enlitic’s technology into large
and complex healthcare environments as customers modernise their imaging infrastructure.
The contract builds on Enlitic’s growing commercial momentum in the US, following significant
CY2026 engagements with Penn Medicine, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Parkland Health.
Migrations remain an important revenue channel for Enlitic and provide potential opportunities to
expand the use of Ensight across large healthcare organisations.
Enlitic’s technology meets applicable regulatory requirements across key markets, including the US,
UK, EU, NZ and Australia. Its Class I regulatory classification reflects the low-risk nature of the
technology and provides a streamlined regulatory pathway, enabling Enlitic to commercially deploy
its technology across these key markets.
Additionally, in the US our product is classified a low-risk Class 1 device, exempt from premarket
submission and approval.
Michael Sistenich, Managing Director of Enlitic, said: “This contract with another leading US
healthcare provider demonstrates the commercial momentum we are building and the increasing
opportunity to combine our migration and Ensight capabilities. Importantly, it also marks our first
active integration with a Sectra customer. With approximately 10.6 million studies in scope, this is a
significant real-world deployment of our technology at scale.”
