Enlitic Signs Major MoU with GE HealthCare and Announces $10M Capital Raise

Enlitic has signed a binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with GE HealthCare, opening the door to up to A$50 million in revenue over the next five years. As part of this agreement, Enlitic’s subsidiary, Laitek, will deliver between US$3–6 million (A$5–10 million) of annual migration capacity to GE HealthCare, contingent on Enlitic securing A$10 million in external funding. GE HealthCare will prepay US$2 million for Laitek’s migration services once this funding is confirmed. This partnership builds on Enlitic’s role as a foundational collaborator for GE HealthCare’s Genesis Cloud Product Suite and underscores the company’s commitment to advancing healthcare data management and interoperability.

To support this strategic collaboration, Enlitic has secured firm commitments from institutional and sophisticated investors to raise A$10 million via a two-tranche placement of new Chess Depositary Interests (CDIs). The funds will support research and development, quality and regulatory initiatives, strategic development, sales and marketing, customer service, corporate needs, and working capital. CEO Michael Sistenich emphasized that these developments will help healthcare systems unlock the full value of their imaging data, streamline cloud transitions, and accelerate the adoption of AI-driven healthcare solutions. The company aims to achieve operational cashflow break-even by the end of 2025. The MoU remains in effect until the end of 2025, by which time definitive agreements are expected to be finalized.

This agreement lets Enlitic leverage Laitek’s Migratek platform to drive improved, informatics, and health information exchange. Migratek delivers high-speed, reliable migration of imaging data, while Enlitic’s ENDEX AI automates DICOM data harmonization-solving the industry’s toughest interoperability challenges. Together, these tools ensure seamless, standards-based data integration across healthcare systems, enabling providers to access, analyze, and exchange imaging data efficiently. This partnership positions Enlitic to support cloud transitions, streamline data workflows, and unlock new value from imaging data for better clinical and operational outcomes.
